Purpose:
To train Ministers and Qualified Lay People who are called to care for people who need healing for brokenness and bondages caused by crippling relationships or circumstances of their pasts. During the four-day School, the Lord sets His ministers free from their own blocks and bondages. As they share more fully His Victory of the Cross, they can more effectively claim Jesus' power over sin and Satan in the lives of other people.
This is not psychological counseling training / therapy. Prayer Ministry uses loving, listening, and believing prayer to set people free. The Holy Spirit releases His supernatural gifts of wisdom, knowledge, discernment of spirits, faith, healings, etc. through trained VMTC Prayer Ministers who always minister in pairs ("two in agreement").
Who should attend:
Only 45 applications can be accepted, so that each person can have a private, four-hour Prayer Ministry appointment. This also allows participants to begin their training by "backing up" experienced team members during these appointments.
Trainees must be willing to first be healed themselves. This is NOT a "Rehabilitation Center", but rather a "Training School" for those called by God to help heal others. Trainees must attend at least 3 Schools before being given recognition as VMTC Prayer Ministers.
NOTE: Individuals using tranquilizers (prescription or otherwise) will NOT be accepted. The pace IS strenuous; trainees need to come to the School well-rested.
